Information about Natalie Phoenix

After studying at Manchester Metropolitan and Staffordshire University, Natalie Completed her 'Fine Art' Degree in 2003 and was immediately commissioned by a prestigious company to create corporate art for their new multi-million pound offices and executive meeting rooms.

She went on to complete many commissions for many private homes and business's and has exhibited both nationally and internationally.

As a fine artist Natalie is skilled in many media and has focused her techniques on glass, "For me glass is the ultimate medium, it's versatility is infinite and its beauty timeless. It is the modern alternative to traditional paint on canvas" says the artist.

As the designer-maker Natalie sees each unique piece of art evolve from a design sketch into a finished masterpiece. Much of her work is reliant on line and complimentary colour scheme's, control and composition form the essence of her practice. Natalie now shares her time between exhibiting and working on new designs and projects in the studio.
