How the art is produced

At Phoenix Phusion an exquisite range of fused glass panels have been created. New designs are constantly being added to the existing range to keep the work fresh and up to date. New techniques are pioneered to create ever changing intricacies within the glass panels. Precious metals, enamels and metal powders, along with various frit's and confetti's are fused between layers of glass to create work of amazing depth and beauty. The fusing process sees the glass heated to temperatures in excess of 800 degrees C, before being aloud to cool slowly to avoid thermal shock.

Often themes of universal appeal such as music, abstract pattern and natural forms are the basis of many designs. Phoenix Phusion aims to create work to suit all budgets and is capable of creating work of various shapes and sizes. All of the art work is original designed and made by the artist Natalie Phoenix.

As the designs are continuously updated they will never be reproduced in vast numbers and each glass panel is a unique piece of art, hand crafted and signed by the artist.
